ReminderMedia is seeking a fast-paced Digital Ads Specialist to scale end-to-end lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta and ChatGPT Ads, with responsibility for creative and tracking.

You’ll leverage AI tools ( Claude, Replit, Canva ) to speed production, optimize cost per lead, and collaborate with onboarding and service teams to keep client campaigns moving in a remote, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising or digital marketing support.
• Experience building and optimizing lead-generation paid ad campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proficiency using templated design tools (Canva) for ad creative.
• Experience using AI tools for creative and production (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar).
• Ability to manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads.
• Improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality on every platform.
• Create and refine ad creative quickly using AI tools or Canva.
• Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and account issues.
• Test new approaches and turn winners into templates for thousands of accounts.
• Use Claude, Replit, and other AI tools to build tools and automations boosting production capacity.
• Work with onboarding and service teams to keep client campaigns moving smoothly.
