Job summary

ReminderMedia is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to scale Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ChatGPT Ads. You’ll own lead-generation campaigns end-to-end, including creative, targeting, and optimization, in a fast-paced remote role.

You’ll leverage AI tools like Claude, Replit, and Canva to accelerate production, improve CPL and conversion rates, and collaborate with onboarding and service teams to keep campaigns moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, campaign execution, or digital marketing support
• Experience building, launching, and optimizing lead-generation paid ad campaigns
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proficiency using templated design tools (such as Canva) to produce ad creative
• Experience using AI tools for creative and production (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar)
• Ability to manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows and templates
• Submission of a portfolio with digital ad work samples at the time of application

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads
• Improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality on every platform
• Create and refine your own ad creative using AI tools and Canva
• Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and account issues
• Test new approaches and turn the winners into templates we can roll out across thousands of accounts
• Use Claude, Replit, and other AI tools to build tools and automations that increase the team’s production capacity
• Work with our onboarding and service teams to keep client campaigns moving smoothly
