Job summary

ReminderMedia is hiring a Digital Ads Specialist to scale lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads. You will own end-to-end campaigns, including creative, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and output in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The role requires 2+ years in paid digital advertising and proficiency with Canva or similar design tools; collaboration with onboarding and service teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing/communications or related field.
2+ years of paid digital advertising experience with hands-on campaign execution.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Ability to create ad creative using AI tools or Canva.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads.
Improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality on all platforms.
Create and refine ad creative quickly using AI tools or Canva.
Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and account issues.
Develop templates from winners for scale across accounts.
Build tools and automations to increase team production capacity.
Collaborate with onboarding and service teams to move campaigns forward.
