Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Data and AI Governance to strengthen enterprise data governance and scale responsible AI governance across the organization.

You will define frameworks, policies, and controls, partnering with business, technology, legal, privacy, security, and risk teams to translate governance requirements into practical roadmaps and operating models. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in data governance, AI governance, or data management
• Experience with ERP/master data/metadata platforms; SAP acumen preferred
• Ability to lead cross-functional governance initiatives and manage delivery with limited oversight

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, roles, and accountability models
• Define policies, standards, and procedures for data and responsible AI governance
• Facilitate governance councils and stakeholder forums to drive alignment and adoption
• Manage governance roadmap priorities, milestones, risks, and reporting
• Embed governance requirements into platforms, workflows, and metadata management
• Define and monitor KPIs for governance maturity, adoption, and data quality
• Partner with data stewards and product teams to improve data integrity and sharing
