Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Lead of Application Support to directly manage the helpdesk for enterprise applications and drive incident resolution across critical patient-care systems. In this remote role, you will mentor a team of application analysts, coordinate cross-functional work with IT infrastructure, and ensure documentation and governance meet regulatory standards.

5+ years in healthcare IT and 2+ years in supervision are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a healthcare-based help desk, call center, or equivalent environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational support for Enterprise Applications.
• Act as escalation point for critical patient-care application incidents and outages.
• Facilitate swift incident mitigation to minimize downtime in high-stakes areas.
• Analyze workflows to diagnose and resolve systemic software problems.
• Partner with technical teams to perform root-cause analysis of recurring issues.
• Review data-entry workflows to maintain patient data integrity and compliance.
• Develop standard support documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Lead application verification testing during upgrades and maintenance windows.
