Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Lead EHS Specialist to implement and monitor environmental, health, and safety initiatives across manufacturing and lab operations. The role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

You will conduct safety inspections, deliver training programs, and maintain records. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in EHS in a manufacturing setting are expected, with strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of EHS or related experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines, safety regulations, and EHS best practices.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives across manufacturing and lab operations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain accurate records of findings and corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS training programs, including new hire orientation and equipment licensing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and continuous improvement.
