• Lead and oversee all Safety initiatives and Environmental Health programs within a non-union manufacturing environment
• Dedicate approximately 80% of the role to Safety initiatives and 20% to Environmental Health programs
• Develop, improve, and upgrade safety policies, procedures, and protocols to drive operational excellence
• Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for all levels of the organization
• Conduct thorough safety audits to identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Perform detailed incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence
• Ensure full compliance with all OSHA and EPA regulations across the facility
• Bachelor of Science degree required; technical degree strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience within a manufacturing environment required
