Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managed care, including PBM, Pharma, or market access roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and validate value from manufacturer rebate agreements, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Collaborate on negotiation strategies using insights from performance and dispute trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and industry partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on value drivers and dispute positions.
• Develop executive-level presentations to communicate value performance and financial forecasts.
• Ensure integrity of rebate contracting outcomes from execution to realization.
• Demonstrate leadership by managing additional responsibilities and developing team members.
