CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Omnichannel Experiential Design to shape brand experiences across physical, digital, and experiential environments. You will guide a senior team to deliver breakthrough concepts spanning store formats, signage, displays, and events.

The role emphasizes human-centered design, strong craft standards, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners to meet customer and business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in creative roles across agency and/or corporate environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating concept development across experiential design and retail.
• Knowledge of environmental graphics and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of breakthrough creative concepts aligning customer strategy with business goals.
• Shape experience design across store formats, signage, display, digital screens, events and sponsorships.
• Orchestrate integration of physical and digital touchpoints for cohesive experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end creative process, balancing craft, brand consistency, budgets and timelines.
• Present concepts to senior stakeholders and build cross-functional alignment.
• Mentor designers, writers and leads to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with internal teams and external partners to advance programs.
