Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you will lead concept development, mentor a teams of designers and writers, and partner with cross-functional groups to deliver integrated customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in creative leadership in agency or corporate settings.
• Strong portfolio across experiential design, retail communications, environmental graphics, digital content, events and sponsorships.
• Expertise in environmental graphic design, visual storytelling, typography and production considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead breakthrough creative concepts connecting customer experience strategy with business objectives.
• Shape experience design solutions across store formats, signage, display, digital content and events.
• Oversee end-to-end creative process from concept to execution with high craft standards.
