Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in healthcare technology product management.
• Expertise in value-based care and Epic EHR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for Stars programs and health maintenance topics with governance.
• Direct cross-functional teams including product managers, Epic analysts, and engineers.
• Drive end-to-end technology roadmaps to improve clinical quality and patient outcomes.
