CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in Retail Health. You will steer technology strategy and execution for core clinical care products, including documentation, in-clinic and virtual encounters, and care coordination.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps that improve patient outcomes, safety, and cost of care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation.
• Proven history partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional technology teams to build end-to-end clinical tech pathways.
• Translate clinical ideas into rigorous problem statements and Epic/tech architectures.
• Oversee end-to-end technology design, requirements, and build for care delivery.
• Ensure integration of external data sources with Epic workflows for real-time insights.
