Job summary
UnitedHealth Group seeks a Lead DevOps Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered, scalable cloud infrastructure. You will lead CI/CD pipelines, IaC adoption, and automated deployment across multi-cloud environments, aligning with security and compliance standards.
You will collaborate with software engineering, data science, and security teams to accelerate healthcare service delivery while implementing responsible AI governance and SRE practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure.
- 3+ years designing and managing automated CI/CD pipelines.
- 3+ years with Infrastructure as Code tooling.
- 3+ years with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
- Experience with AI/ML pipelines is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and automated pipelines.
- Use enterprise AI tools to streamline engineering workflows.
- Evaluate emerging tech and AI trends for platform architecture.
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and deployment solutions.
- Establish MLOps infra for model lifecycle management and monitoring.
- Drive SRE principles, Kubernetes, and automated testing standards.
- Create telemetry, logging, and alerting for high availability and security.
- Partner with security and compliance to enforce governance.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance.
