Job summary

Remote work is available nationwide; near Minneapolis-St. Paul, on-site 4 days/week may be required. You will lead critical cloud initiatives and contribute to AI-powered solutions driving health care innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software or cloud engineering experience.
• 5+ years programming with Golang or Python.
• 3+ years architecting and deploying solutions on public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 3+ years Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• 2+ years designing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Experience integrating security, compliance, and governance into cloud architectures at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement multi-cloud infrastructure, networking, and governance frameworks across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Develop and maintain scalable Terraform IaC templates to automate provisioning and configuration.
• Build backend microservices using Golang or Python.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce cloud guardrails and automated controls.
• Establish and mature DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery.
• Design and deploy AI-powered automation tools and capabilities.
• Leverage enterprise AI tools to streamline development workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Evaluate emerging cloud and AI trends to inform roadmaps and innovation.
