Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM fields.
• 7+ years of professional data science experience.
• Strong programming and statistical analysis skills.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with ML techniques including clustering, decision trees, neural networks, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with large, complex, incomplete datasets.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority and complex data science projects that impact decision-making.
• Develop custom data models and analytical solutions for business needs.
• Perform research, predictive modeling, data mining, visualization, and pattern analysis.
• Communicate findings clearly to leadership.
• Apply ML techniques like regression, clustering, forecasting, and A/B testing.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data from large sources.
• Evaluate model accuracy and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Present findings to stakeholders including senior leaders.
• Mentor other data scientists.
• Evaluate data science tools and vendors.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Translate technical results into business insights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
