Ladders is seeking a Lead Creative Producer, Marketing to drive end-to-end production for multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced consumer tech environment. This role partners with senior marketing and creative leaders to shape strategy, schedules, and budgets while maintaining quality.

You will mentor producers, oversee film/video deliverables, and elevate production standards across remote collaboration. Flexible in-office if needed.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of integrated creative production experience in-house or at agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, production, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with large, multi-channel campaigns, especially in film/video.
• Proven ability to operate within complex creative and marketing organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent production judgment for managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Experience managing external agencies while maintaining internal accountability.
