HH Global Group is seeking a Production Lead to drive production of creative projects from conception to completion, overseeing a small team of producers and coordinating with stakeholders. The role focuses on on-time delivery within budget while maintaining high creative standards.

Based remotely in the New York area, you will guide workflows, optimize processes, and ensure smooth collaboration across design and production teams in a fast-paced tech marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 6-8 years in a Creative Program Manager or similar role delivering complex projects.
• Strong project management methodologies and tools knowledge.
• Understanding of creative production across media (video, digital, print, experiential).
• Excellent budget, negotiation, and vendor relations skills.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the production of multiple complex creative projects from concept to delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with producers; track progress against milestones.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate concepts into actionable production plans.
• Mentor and guide producers and staff; foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Oversee production and post-production processes, ensuring quality and adherence to specs.
• Manage project resources including internal teams and external vendors; optimize utilization.
