You will lead negotiation, administration, and claims strategies across complex energy infrastructure lifecycles, partnering with cross-functional teams to protect the company’s commercial position. The role requires deep experience in contract terms, subcontractor matters, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Experience in EPC or complex project environments.
• Experience with claims management and dispute resolution.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and negotiate prime contract terms and conditions, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and supply agreements.
• Prepare, draft, submit, and negotiate claims, change orders, and variations; develop strategies to protect contractual rights.
• Identify, assess, and address commercial and contractual risks through proactive contract administration.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, Project Management, Legal, Finance, and Operations to align on strategy and execution.
• Maintain contract records, KPIs, and performance metrics in company systems.
