SES Constructors LLC is seeking a Lead Estimator for our Civil Construction Business Line. The role focuses on detailed estimates from plans and specs, with a commitment to stability and growth. Remote work is supported, with EST or CST availability and some travel.

A strong benefits package accompanies this opportunity. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of heavy civil estimating experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Bid2Win and HCSS Heavy Bid.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• 10+ years estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience estimating federal projects preferred.
• Ability to read contracts, drawings and specs with strong leadership.
• Proficient with CPM scheduling and estimation software.

Mansioni

• Produce self-perform heavy civil cost estimates based on project size and scope.
• Provide detailed quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes for best value.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with the project team.
• Coordinate inquiries to clients and collaborate across field and office teams.
• Support constructability reviews and propose alternate approaches as needed.
