SES Constructors LLC seeks a Lead Estimator to develop self-perform heavy civil cost estimates based on plans, specs and scopes. The role requires experience with Bid2Win, HCSS, and a strong background in civil infrastructure projects.

The position is remote in the US with EST or CST alignment and periodic travel. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering and 10+ years of estimating experience are preferred. Comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management or civil engineering.
• Minimum 10 years estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Ability to read contracts, drawings, specs and schedules.

Mansioni

• Produce self-perform heavy civil cost estimates based on project scope.
• Provide accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed material lists.
• Source and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes for best value.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for estimates.
• Prepare inquiries to clients regarding drawings, specs, and scopes.
• Collaborate with field and office teams for each estimate.
• Meet interim estimate milestones and enable timely reviews.
• Support constructability reviews and alternate approaches as needed.
• Vet subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure coverage.
• Coordinate post-award input with Operations and project team.
