Job summary

ICF Olson is seeking a Lead Financial Management Specialist to help build data platforms for federal disaster recovery grant programs. The role is 100% remote in the U.S. with minimal travel, non-managerial, and requires deep experience in grant management and financial systems.

You will work with stakeholders to improve system functionality, strengthen internal controls, and support audit-ready program delivery. Strong documentation and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of professional experience (post-university).
• 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge of and experience supporting CDBG-DR and/or CDBG-MIT.
• 5+ years of experience supporting financial systems and end-user assistance.
• Willingness and ability to travel, for work needs.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Support system functionality and workflows for CDBG programs.
• Analyze Microsoft Dynamics 365 grant management and financial processes.
• Become proficient with Dynamics 365 Grant Management, Finance, and Power BI.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and prioritize enhancements.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support testing activities and defect resolution.
• Identify system gaps and provide practical recommendations.
• Participate in meetings to ensure MS Dynamics 365 alignment.
