ICF's Disaster Management Division is hiring a Lead Financial Management Specialist to develop data platforms and support federally funded disaster recovery grant programs. The role is 100% remote in the U.S. with minimal travel.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with grant management, financial systems, data integrity, dashboards, and strong stakeholder collaboration. You will work with state and local governments, grantees, subrecipients, and program leadership to optimize processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting CDBG-DR and/or CDBG-MIT.
• 5+ years of experience with financial systems and end-user support.
• 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration with technical, financial and program stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and a valid US driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead system functionality and process improvement for CDBG programs.
• Analyze grant management and financial processes in Dynamics 365 and related dashboards.
• Become proficient with Dynamics 365 modules and Power BI for program operations.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and prioritize enhancements.
• Support data cleanup, reporting validation, and data integrity activities.
• Create user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Assist with testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Identify risks and recommend practical, solution-focused improvements.
• Participate in meetings to ensure MS Dynamics 365 solutions meet objectives.
