Job summary

The New Jersey Judiciary seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support automated trial court services. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and work with IT teams to implement solutions across state court systems.

You will contribute to testing, training, and user support, with a hybrid schedule allowing up to 3 remote days. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in IT are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field with three years of professional IT experience
• Experience with SDLC, requirements gathering, and system analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and management of system development projects with stakeholders.
• Define project requirements, milestones, and schedules.
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders and software teams.
• Create test scripts and conduct multi-platform testing.
• Design and deliver on-line training and user documentation.
