Job summary

New Jersey Judiciary information technology division at the Mercer Vicinage seeks an IT professional to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support. You will lead technology rollouts, manage servers and user accounts, and support SharePoint and Power Platform in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The role requires handling on-call weekend support for remote proceedings and a hybrid work schedule with up to two remote workdays.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT or related field.
Requires professional IT experience in analyzing, designing, troubleshooting, and installing computer systems or networking facilities (per the job posting).
Experience with Windows 11 in an enterprise environment preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and implement technology rollouts requiring off-hours or weekend work.
Perform server and user account administration including security for files and folders.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory, update records, and audit assets.
Configure and support wireless/mobile devices and printers in an enterprise setting.
Provide technical support for virtual court events and meetings.
