Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, workflow analysis, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with Trial Court Services, IT office, and other stakeholders to implement and improve technology solutions.
• Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and participate in personnel decisions.
• Prioritize projects, allocate resources, and resolve complex operational or technical issues while supporting organizational goals.
