Job summary
Genesys seeks a Lead AI Solutions Architect in North America to drive end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for enterprise programs. You will lead technical design, governance, and integrations across Genesys Cloud and third-party systems.
You will guide consultants, design AI use cases, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, contributing to reusable patterns and enterprise readiness.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, enterprise software delivery, or CX tech.
- Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or comparable CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
- Designing digital customer experiences across channels and automation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration technologies and cloud patterns.
- Experience leading architecture sessions and presenting to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
- Serve as the technical authority for assigned customer engagements and guide teams.
- Design AI use cases including digital agents, copilots, and workflow automation.
- Advise stakeholders and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Contribute reusable assets and lead technical design workshops.
- Lead major Digital deployments and influence project-level decisions.
