Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to own AI-powered automation across a Revenue Cycle Management platform. The role offers remote work with a hybrid option for the Chicago area, and involves building AI agents, backend work, and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software engineering, production AI deployments, and strong Python/TypeScript skills, with RCM domain experience and AWS familiarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience deploying AI agents or agentic workflows into production.
• Experience implementing AI-driven business process automation.
• Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript development experience.
• Experience working with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate operational problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Revenue Cycle Management experience (claims, denials, A/R, billing, collections, eligibility, or related functions).
• AWS cloud experience.
