Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a Lead Software Engineer IV to influence product strategy and architecture for an AI-enabled healthcare platform. The role supports remote work nationwide or hybrid in Chicago, IL, with hands-on development across Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS, and SQL technologies.

You will mentor engineers, partner with users, and drive architectural decisions while delivering scalable RCM solutions for healthcare providers nationwide. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications
