Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is hiring a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time telehealth role in Texas. You will conduct individual therapy, complete assessments, and develop treatment plans for adults, all via a secure platform.

Responsibilities include ongoing documentation, crisis risk management, and collaboration with clinical teams. Requires TX LCSW, CSWE MSW, and prior therapy experience. Mon-Fri schedule; $115k–$120k and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Texas.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Experience delivering therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services.
• Comfortable delivering care through secure video sessions.
• Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Complete intake assessments and identify client needs, risks, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Create and update treatment plans based on client progress and clinical presentation.
• Use evidence-based therapy methods within your scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation.
• Monitor client safety and follow proper crisis protocols.
• Coordinate with internal clinical teams when case consultation is needed.
• Support clients in building coping skills and healthier patterns.
• Follow state, federal, and ethical standards for telehealth-based care.
