The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, an active Illinois LCSW license, and at least one year of post-licensure experience, with strong assessment and documentation skills.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Illinois LCSW license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Identify client needs, treatment goals, and appropriate interventions.
• Develop clear, goal-based treatment plans.
• Document sessions, assessments, and progress notes promptly.
• Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and internal policies.
