Qualifications

• Active Utah LCSW license required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services.
• Strong documentation and telehealth communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Experience with electronic health records and virtual care platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients.
• Assess mental health concerns and client needs.
• Create individualized care plans and adjust them as needed.
• Provide crisis support and appropriate referrals when necessary.
• Document sessions, treatment updates, and client progress.
• Follow HIPAA, ethical, and clinical practice guidelines.
