Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services via telehealth across Arkansas. The role focuses on assessments, individual therapy, and treatment planning with a commitment to high-quality, consistent care.

The clinician will maintain telehealth sessions, ensure progress notes and records are up to date, and work within ethical and regulatory standards. Remote work schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas LCSW license in good standing.
• Comfort using telehealth tools, electronic documentation systems, and remote client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients presenting with grief, stress, trauma-related concerns, adjustment difficulties, and mood-related symptoms
• Conduct clinical assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and make appropriate adjustments to care
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, treatment records, and care updates
• Manage an assigned telehealth caseload with consistent follow-through
• Practice in accordance with applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
