Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote behavioral health team delivering therapy via telehealth. You will conduct virtual sessions, complete clinical documentation, and guide clients through individualized treatment plans in a structured telehealth setting.

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary and full benefits. A Texas LCSW license, CSWE-accredited MSW, and prior therapy experience are required, with a Monday–Friday,

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker with active, unrestricted Texas license.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Prior experience providing therapy or clinical social work services.
• Comfort delivering care through secure video sessions.
• Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions.
• Gather psychosocial, behavioral, and mental health history at intake.
• Develop client-centered goals to support measurable progress.
• Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and related concerns.
• Document session notes and treatment updates within required timelines.
• Evaluate ongoing risk and respond to safety concerns.
