Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a remote, full-time telehealth role to assess, treat, and plan care for clients with mental health concerns.

The position requires an MSW, current LCSW license, at least one year of post-licensure experience, and familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHRs; you will deliver sessions, develop care plans, document progress, and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services.
• Strong documentation and case management skills.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to clients on a scheduled basis.
• Assess presenting concerns and recommend appropriate treatment approaches.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Document sessions, treatment goals, and clinical progress accurately.
• Help clients build strategies for managing stress, trauma, and life transitions.
• Maintain regular follow-up and continuity of care.
