Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Arkansas is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to provide virtual mental health care to clients across the state. This full-time role offers steady hours, remote/telehealth setup, and a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule Monday through Friday.

You will conduct remote therapy sessions, develop and update treatment plans, and document notes while collaborating with clients to achieve practical goals.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas LCSW license.
• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Experience providing therapy or clinical counseling.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions
• Assess client needs and presenting concerns
• Create and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide support for emotional, behavioral, and life adjustment concerns
• Complete clinical notes accurately and on time
• Refer clients to additional resources when appropriate
