Job summary

Spring Health is hiring licensed social workers to delivers psychotherapy through a tech-enabled platform across the US, with supervision in Ohio. You will work independently in a confidential space, schedule your own sessions, and engage with a dedicated support team and AI-assisted tools to enhance client care.

Applicants should hold an Ohio LSW (or eligibility for LISW-S) and a CSWE-accredited MSW, with training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.

Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current LSW license in Ohio with eligibility for LISW-S supervision.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT).
• Ability to work independently within license constraints and seek supervision as needed.
• Comfort delivering therapy via Zoom and documenting notes online.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to clients via AI-enabled platform.
• Maintain logs, participate in supervision, and complete quarterly reviews.
• Set a flexible schedule and work from a confidential home/office space.
• Collaborate with provider support and clinical care navigators as needed.
• Use clinically integrated AI tools to support care while keeping human judgment central.
