Job summary

Spring Health in the United States offers remote psychotherapy roles with flexible scheduling. You’ll provide evidence-based therapy to adults via Zoom, supported by AI tools and a collaborative care team. Grow professionally with dedicated supervision and caseload support from LISW‑S.

You’ll need an active LSW license in Ohio (LISW‑S eligibility), a CSWE-accredited MSW, malpractice insurance, and the ability to work with supervision. Target pay is $45–$48 per 55‑minute session.

Qualifications

• Active LSW license in Ohio with LISW-S eligibility.
• NPI number and Malpractice Insurance.
• Master’s degree in social work from CSWE-accredited program.
• Ability to practice via Zoom with a dedicated home office.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults via telehealth with benefits from employer plans.
• Maintain calendar and complete session documentation in EHR in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with provider support, care navigation, and administrative teams.
• Participate in supervision and maintain logs and quarterly reviews.
• Deliver culturally competent care and uphold diversity and inclusion.
