Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a remote telehealth role in Pennsylvania. The position offers a full-time schedule of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year and full benefits.

You will conduct scheduled virtual therapy sessions, assess conditions, and develop treatment plans to support clients’ progress while maintaining documentation in line with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania
• MSW from an accredited program
• Experience providing clinical therapy services
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled virtual therapy sessions
• Assess mental health conditions and recommend appropriate interventions
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Document sessions in compliance with clinical standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care
