Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Connecticut is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide telehealth therapy to individuals and families across the state. The successful candidate will hold an active LCSW, MSW or related credential, with at least two years of clinical social work experience, strong clinical judgment, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed LCSW with active, in-good-standing certification.
• MSW or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical social work experience.
• Proficient documentation skills and confidentiality.
• Telehealth platform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy through telehealth.
• Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment needs.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and document treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Follow applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.
