Job summary

Backpack Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote, telehealth therapy to youth and families across Maryland. A Maryland license (LCSW-C or LMSW preferred) and experience with children and families are required.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license — LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred; LGPC/LCPC may be considered.
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience or interest in working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Remote work readiness with strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy via secure telehealth.
• Develop strengths-based, client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
• Collaborate with care team including psychiatrists and PMHNPs.
• Support care coordination, resource linkage, and family education.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR.
