Job summary

Backpack Healthcare is seeking Maryland-licensed therapists to provide telehealth services for children, teens, young adults, and families in a fully remote setting. This part-time role focuses on peak evening and weekend hours with competitive pay and monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Maryland clinical license required (LGPC/LCPC/LMSW/LCSW-C).
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Comfort working remotely.
• Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intakes and develop trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Support families through education and care coordination.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR.
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships and deliver culturally responsive care.
