Job summary

Backpack Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for part-time remote work in Virginia. You will carry a caseload of 15–22 weekly sessions, providing individual and family therapy to children, teens, and young adults via telehealth, with weekday afternoons/evenings.

We supply referrals, administrative support, billing and credentialing. Expect competitive pay ($65/billable hour for LCSW/LPC; $45 for supervisees) plus monthly bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs and psychiatrists
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
• Support families through education, care coordination, and collaborative treatment
• Participate in clinical consultation and contribute to high-quality care
