Backpack Healthcare is seeking a part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver remote mental health services to youth and families across Maryland. Ideal candidates hold a Maryland LCSW-C or LMSW and can work autonomously in telehealth, maintaining rigorous documentation while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license — LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and caregiver therapy through secure telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop goals-based treatment plans.
• Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teammates.
• Support care coordination, resource linkage, and family education.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR.
