Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. You’ll join a 100% remote, 1099 contractor team with built-in clinical support, referrals, and AI-enabled documentation.

Minimum availability is 9 hours per week across at least 2 days. You’ll provide CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults, with options to opt into Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP tracks.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred
• Multi-state licensure a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
• Maintain documentation using our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR
