• Prior experience leading a team of engineers.
• Proven ability to strengthen customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Experience managing schedules and service activities.
• Serve as a technical resource diagnosing complex issues.
• Coordinate problem resolution with factory engineering and other teams.
• Identify recurring technical issues and provide feedback to prevent future problems.
• Complete team admin and compliance requirements.
