Qualifications

• Admission to the CA state bar and ethical compliance.
• Good standing with the bar.
• 4+ years in CA employment litigation for Associate level.
• 9+ years for Of Counsel with first chair capacity.
• Strong organizational and drafting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver work products to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
