Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Law and Motion Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote role anchored in Southfield, MI. The candidate will handle motion work in litigation, including drafting demand letters and responding to agency charges, with nationwide availability in states where the firm operates.

Responsibilities include researching and drafting briefs and motions (dispositive and discovery), trial motions, appellate briefs, pleadings and discovery, and mediation briefs.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to the CA bar.
• Strong drafting and research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver work products to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
