Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with Professional Development to deliver work product to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership
