Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Law and Motion Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote position available nationwide, including San Juan, PR. The role focuses on motion work for litigation matters, including demand letters and agency charges, with a workload of 1850 hours per year.

The Associate level requires CA bar admission and 4+ years of California employment litigation experience, while the Of Counsel track requires 9+ years with first chair capacity and strong drafting skills.

Qualifications

• JD required and California Bar admission.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in California employment litigation for Associate role.
• For Of Counsel role, minimum 9 years of relevant experience with first chair capacity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver work product to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
