Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Law and Motion Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote position available in Denver, CO. You will handle motion work for litigation matters, including drafting demand letters and responding to agency charges.

The role requires JD and California Bar admission, with 4+ years of CA employment litigation for the Associate track or 9+ years with first chair capacity for Of Counsel. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• CA bar admission is required and must be in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of California employment litigation for the Associate track.
• For Of Counsel, at least 9 years of relevant experience with first chair capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication plus robust research and drafting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver client work.
